First you need to select the View (TAB) on the Ribbon, then scroll along to the Windows (Panel), select User Interface drop down list and you will see Keyboard Shortcuts at the bottom (as shown in below image).
You should now see a Keyboard Shortcuts dialog box on screen (as shown in below image).
At the bottom you will see an Import and Export buttom, if you select the Export button you will be prompted to save an KeyboardShortcuts.xml file. So just save it somewhere you can find it.
Ok now open Microsoft Excel and select Open and go the location where your KeyboardShortcuts.xml file is saved. You may not be able to see it so just change the list so it either says All Excel Files or XML Files (as shown in below image) Please note the extract is from excel 2010 it may differ in other versions.
You should now a the following prompts. Just click OK on both.
You should now have your Revit Keyboard Shortcut in the form of a table in excel (as shown in below image). Where you can switch of the information you don't want to see and even print a copy off to have on your desk while working.

I came across these great tips on Cadalyst today.
Have you every been working in a drawing and you want to unload or load all the external references, well if you look at this tip you can create your own macro to do so.
Also if you wish to detach all Xrefs you can use this tip.

AutoCAD Keyboard Shortcut Keys
Did you know you can print out a list of the shortcut keys from within AutoCAD, well if you didn'd here is how to do it.
- Type 'CUI' into command line or click on the 'User Interface' button under the Manage Tab on the Customization Panel. You will now get the Cutomize User Interface dialog box on the screen.
- If you scroll down the list on the left hand side 'Customization in All Files' to Keyboard Shortcuts as shown in below image.
- You will now see a list of all the current Keyboard Shortcuts appear in a dialog box to the left hand side as shown in below image.
- Then select either All Keys, Accelerator Keys or Temporary Override Keys and hit the print button
Please note I have used AutoCAD 2010 to do this and it may not be applicable to earlier version of AutoCAD.

Autodesk WikiHelp
If you haven't already checked the Autodesk WikiHelp website http://wikihelp.autodesk.com/enu why don't you I have just been on. It's been set up to combine learning resources provided by Autodesk with knowledge from the user community.
Although not too much on there just yet but its a cracking idea and hopefully will be full of great things in the near future and the best thing about it you can contribute if you want.
Why not check it out.

Real-Time Collaboration so I can share the same drawing with someone else anywhere in the world on your computer, iphone or ipad, and does what it says in real-time so you make a change they will see it happen on screen. Now thats something that will work well if you working from another office and you need to discuss something with colleague.
Thats something I will doing next at work.

Multileaders
I have been setting up Multileaders on my companys templates file when I came across how to change the leader type, colour, lintype, lineweight, arrowhead and size on each individual leader leg.
You can simply do this by holding down the Ctrl key the crosshairds will changed to a pick box, you can then click the leader your wish to change. One click gives you a grip at either end which allows you to move the leader, but if you want to change the leader type, colour, linetype, lineweight, arrowhead and size hold down Crtl and double click with left mouse it opens the properties window and now you can change the leaders properties individually.
I have added a video on this which can be found at the following location:

Multiple Command
The Multiple command will repeat the next command until it’s cancelled.
For example:
If you type Multiple into the command line then the command you wish to use (i.e. Circle) it is repeated until you press ESC. Multiple repeats only the command name, so any parameters must be specified each time.
Please note this is only a command line trick you can’t find it on the Ribbon.
You can repeat the last command command you did if you press Enter or Spacebar to restart the command, but it will only repeat the command once.

AutoCAD Upgrade Training
Ok I have finished the roll out AutoCAD 2010 across my company back in mid February and its been none stop every since. I thought it would be tough doing the rollout but the support required afterwards is tough making sure all the minor little problems are sorted out.
Right best get on with the next stuff......

Oops I deleted something I didn't want to
Ok did you ever delete something while working in AutoCAD then you had to just UNDO everything you did since, which you would then lose. Well did you know you can get it back? Just type OOPS into the command line and it will restore the most recent object(s), even after you have created BLOCK or WBLOCK because these commands delete the selected objects onces the block is created. Its very useful if you had accidentally deleted an object.
Heres the but it will only restore the last deleted object(s). So you wont be able to go back through the drawing restoring everything you had deleted.
